Protecting your privacy is of great importance to Spectrumotion. It has to be… we cannot provide you with the rideshare information you desire without collecting certain personal information. The purpose of this statement is to explain to our customers how we collect information, how we use it, and how long we retain it.

The personal information Spectrumotion obtains is supplied voluntarily. You may choose to provide us this information in a variety of ways:

Personal information is not collected by any other means.
How We Use Your Information
The information voluntarily provided to us is only used to provide you with Irvine Spectrum rideshare information and services. This includes providing you with the specific information or service you may have requested as well as various periodic notifications of rideshare news, promotions and opportunities. If you receive any unwanted contact you may simply request that you be removed from our database and you will not be contacted again.
We do NOT share personal information with any outside organization or individual.
Updating Your Information
If you have not been in contact with us for twelve months, a Spectrumotion representative will attempt to contact you by phone to determine if the information we have for you in our database is current. Any information that needs to be updated will be corrected at that time. If we find that you are no longer employed in Irvine Spectrum, or do not wish to remain in our database, we will remove your information immediately.
